The philosophy of our preschool revolves around the theory of learning through play. We believe that play is instrumental in a child’s learning and development. A child’s play has a purpose and can be a step towards the learning and understanding of valuable skills. It can help the child fit into the world physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially, and grow to be a healthy? and competent individual.
We create a fun, safe and loving learning environment for children ages 3 to 5, while recognizing and celebrating the individual uniqueness of each child.
The curriculum is designed to stimulate and foster social skills, self esteem, language development, fine and gross motor skills, creativity, and problem solving. We hold to the philosophy of “process over product” – the journey is more important than the destination.
